The LBMA website is now mobile adaptive
Monday, March 14, 2016
The LBMA is pleased to announce that its website is now mobile adaptive. With over one-quarter of global web searches conducted on a mobile device by over a billion users worldwide, mobile adaptive websites are as important as desktop versions.
A new and helpful look
The LBMA home page retains all of the content that web users are familiar with but it is configured in a fresh and dynamic way, adapting to the device and environment according to how it is accessed. And the Home Page has received a makeover with LBMA News and the LBMA Precious Metal Prices now displayed more centrally.
For mobile users, only the latest daily gold and silver prices can be viewed on the Home page but the PGM prices together with all of the historical statistics can be found on the LBMA Prices page. Unfortunatle, the table and charts cannot be viewed on mobile devices but can be on larger tablets and desktops.
This is a substantial upgrade to the existing web offering and while every effort is being made to minimise disruption you may experience some technical difficulties, in which case please refresh your browser. If you experience continued technical difficulties please contact the LBMA on firstname.lastname@example.org
This upgrade is being introduced as part of a 2016 web enhancement programme with further improvements to be launched later in the year.
