Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing on or before 3rd September will be refunded less an administrative charge of 20%. We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted thereafter. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, any delegate registration fees will be refunded in full less any credit card charges.
