Statistics

The following statistics are available:

London Gold Fixing

Published twice daily in USD, GBP and EUR per troy ounce. Historic daily prices and monthly and annual averages are available back to 1968.

London Silver Fixing

Published once a day in USD cents, GBP pence and EUR cents per troy ounce. Historic daily prices and monthly and annual averages are available back to 1968.

GOFO

Gold Forward Offered Rate means, which represent the rates at which dealers will lend gold on a swap basis against US dollars. These rates are available from their inception in July 1989, along with historic LIBOR means.

Clearing

Clearing statistics, which measure the daily average net amounts of gold and silver that are transferred from one Loco London account to another, are published by the LBMA once a month. There are three measures: ounces transferred, value (based on the monthly average London fixings) and number of transfers. These statistics are available back to their inception in October 1997.
