Vault Operators Training
Vaults around the world can now register operators to undertake the training using LBMA’s universal online platform.
The Vault Operators Training provides all the learning resources and assessment tools needed to ensure vault operators across the global vault network apply the same high standards as those adhered to by London vaults.
Flexible e-learning
The certified training, which is modular in nature and can be paused and resumed on demand, allows vaults to certify to clients that its operators have successfully demonstrated their capabilities across the following seven e-learning modules:
- Understanding LBMA resources
- Receiving a shipment
- Unpacking, verifying, weighing and storing bullion
- Databases and spreadsheets
- Manual handling
- Preparing and packing bars
- Facilitating bar audits
