Daily Averages Gold Clearing Data - July 2022
The volume of gold transferred in July increased by 9.7% month on month (m/m) to 21.9 mn, with the corresponding value transferred up 3.9% m/m to $38 bn. There were 4,819 transfers, 9.5% lower m/m, with the clearers settling on average 4,535 ounces per transfer, 21% higher m/m.
Daily Averages Silver Clearing Data - July 2022
For Silver, the volume of ounces transferred decreased by 8.0% m/m to 222.9 mn ounces, with the corresponding value transferred down 18.3% m/m to $4.3 bn. The number of transfers decreased by 30.5% m/m to 1,256, with the clearers settling on average 177,479 ounces per transfer, 32% higher m/m.
The average gold/silver price ratio in July was up 91.0 from 85.3 in June.
