LBMA has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. To book at our preferential rate, you must be registered to attend.

A 'business casual' dress code will operate for the Summit sessions and welcome reception.

If you are unable to attend physically, virtual access will be available for this event. Registration for virtual tickets will launch one month before the event.

The Summit will open on Wednesday, 17 June with a Welcome Reception at 17:00 GMT. The programme will run from approximately 10:00 on Thursday, 18 to 15:00 on Friday, 19 June.

More information on the programme and speakers will be announced in due course.

The session slides and recordings will be shared publicly on the LBMA website one month after the event has concluded.

We regret that there is no parking available at the venue. However, there are a few 24-hour car parks close by:

The Hilton London Tower Bridge is located on the South side of the Thames, a short walk from London Bridge rail and underground station. There are several other tube stations also within walking distance of the hotel:

  • London Bridge rail and underground station – 0.2 miles
  • Monument underground station – 0.6 miles
  • Borough underground station – 0.7 miles
  • Tower Hill underground station– 0.9 miles
  • Cannon Street rail station – 0.9 miles

LBMA offers free registration to the Summit for up to two media representatives from each Press Company.

To register for the Summit, please contact Katherine Ernst (Head of Communications, LBMA) at katherine.ernst@lbma.org.uk, who will be your main point contact for issues relating to the Summit.

Registration includes entry to the Summit itself, as well as the Welcome Reception on Sunday, and lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday.

You should also be aware that cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the Plenary Room during the Summit proceedings and are only allowed in the breakout areas outside.

Please let Katherine know if you would like to arrange interviews with the LBMA Executive, although media representatives are expected to arrange interviews with the delegates attending the Summit.

As is the case with all other delegates, you will need to make your own flight and hotel accommodation arrangements. You can book your hotel room online. LBMA will provide a link once you have registered.

Please be advised that photography and filming will be taking place at the Summit by LBMA for PR purposes and marketing materials. By attending the Summit, you are aware that you may appear in images or film footage.

Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, 20 May will be subject to a 20% administration fee. We regret that cancellations after this date cannot be accepted. In the unlikely event of the Summit being cancelled, any delegate registration fees will be refunded in full less any administrative charges.
