The Summit will take place from Wednesday, 20 March - Friday, 22 March at the Hilton London Tower Bridge.

Registration fees for the Summit are as follows:

  • LBMA Members, GDL and Subscribers – complementary
  • WGC Members - complementary
  • Non-Member – £450 +VAT

You can also attend our Summit virtually. Register online for virtual tickets now!

  • Non-Member Single delegate ticket (virtual): £250 + VAT
  • Non-Member Group delegate ticket (virtual): £700 + VAT

Please note, group delegate virtual tickets are for up to 5 people.

LBMA has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hilton London Tower Bridge at preferential rates for Summit delegates. You will get the link to book at this preferential rate upon completion of your registration.

Visas may be required for travel to the UK from some countries. Refer to your local UK embassy for more information regarding Visa requirements. Please allow time for the paperwork to be processed before the Summit. Regrettably, we cannot help directly with your application but we can provide a visa letter. Please indicate in the registration process whether or not you would like us to provide you with a letter. (Our letter will only cover the period of the Summit and allow for reasonable time to travel to and from the UK).

Parking
We regret that there is no parking available at the venue. However there are a few 24-hour car parks close by:

Tube and Train
Hilton Tower Bridge is located on the South side of the Thames, a short walk from London Bridge Rail and Underground. There are several other tube stations also within walking distance of the hotel.

  • London Bridge rail and underground– 0.2 miles
  • Monument underground station – 0.6 miles
  • Borough underground station – 0.7 miles
  • Tower Hill underground station– 0.9 miles
  • Cannon Street Rail station – 0.9 miles

The Summit will open on Wednesday, 20 March with a Welcome Reception at 17:00 GMT. The programme will run from approximately 10:00 on Thursday, 21 March and conclude at 15:00 on Friday, 22 March.

If you are unable to attend physically, you also have the option of registering virtually. This will grant you remote access to view all content live, as well as being able to vote on polls and engage remotely with the sessions via our online platform. It’s a great option for those who can’t attend in person. You can book individually, or we have a special virtual group rate ticket which gives access to up to 5 people.

The Summit will open with a Welcome Drinks Reception from 17:00 GMT on Wednesday, 20 March. This will be hosted in the Tower Foyer located on the first floor of the Hilton London Tower Bridge.

Members and attendees of the Summit are invited to our Annual Party at Puttshack, Bank on Thursday, 21 March 2024 at 18:30. Coaches will be available to transport people from the Summit to Puttshack.

The dress code for the Summit, Welcome Reception and Annual Party is business casual.

Cancellations received before 20 February will be subject to a 20% administration fee. We regret that cancellations after this date cannot be accepted. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, any delegate registration fees will be refunded in full, less any administrative charges.

Please be advised the Summit will be recorded and photographed for the use of PR purposes and marketing materials. By attending the Summit, you may appear in film and images. Our Privacy Policy is available via the LBMA website.
