LBMA welcomes the announcement this week by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that it has recognised the Global Precious Metals Code under its code recognition scheme.
The Global Precious Metals Code, maintained and updated by LBMA, sets out principles to promote the integrity and effective functioning of the global precious metals market.
The FCA also confirmed recognition of the updated FX Global Code (the FX Code), maintained and updated by the Global Foreign Exchange Committee, which sets principles of good practice standards for the global foreign exchange (FX) market.
