Following the first public consultation on the Global Precious Metals Code (GPMC), which concluded on Monday, 12 September 2022, LBMA is pleased to announce there was a very healthy response. The feedback has been considered by the GPMC Working Group, made up of a cross-section of representatives from the industry supported by legal input from Simmons and Simmons. We are now launching our second, and final, consultation on the changes and, as before, invite comments and feedback on the updated document.
