9. LBMA Outreach in 2019

Throughout 2019, the LBMA Executive undertook extensive outreach across the world to inform, educate and engage key stakeholders on the Responsible Sourcing Programme. By attending events hosted and attended by stakeholders from across the supply chain, LBMA can not only raise the profile of the Programme but also gather valuable feedback.

Participation in roundtables, panels and workshops allows LBMA to meet stakeholders from whom it can learn how to best develop the Programme. It is important to raise awareness, to share lessons learnt and to discuss improvements. These events are useful to allow for collaboration, but also to then provide updates on how the feedback has been reflected.
